Sunday exercise

Was able to take the time to go on long walk with a friend after going out to breakfast. The creek was so full since we have had more than our share of rain here recently. We are all caught up and above normal somewhat, so there will be no water rationing this summer like last. We have been having fun babysitting our twin grandkids, so sweet. They just turned 2 and are so fun to watch.
Catching up on mail and paying bills today, otherwise just coasting since last week I spent lots of time with traveling and errands. Getting ready to have some hardwood put down on our floors so doing lots of research for that, also had installer over for estimate. Can hardly wait to have it finished. Rainy Tuesday

Well, it has been almost a year since my last post, I have been journaling on another loop for some time. We had company for dinner tonight and that was fun-made a chicken cacciotore that was really good with pasta. My son was in Santiago on business during the earthquake and had to wait to get out since the airport was damaged. He and all his employees are fine-so relieved. We are going to a BD party for the twins tomorrow, they will be 2 years old. Then babysit on weekend so that will be really fun for Grammy & Grampy. Will be seeing my grandson graduate from college back East in May-what a treat. He will be an engineer, not sure where he will work. He had talked about working in Houston to be near his sister and brother-in-law. Well, better go now and finish the dishes. Bye for now....

Can't believe my last post was in Feb and here it is almost April. How does Spunky Suzi do it daily and all those photos? She is such an inspiration-I try to read her blog and go to Daily Nosh every day but haven't written to her in a long time. We just got back from Tahoe, snowstorm and all. It snowed 22" while we were there and it was just beautiful. Went swimming in the heated outdoor pool while it was snowing hard, that was such fun. hope to keep up better on this blogging thing.

Today visiting Vail, CO and beautiful sunny day temp 28. Yesterday went to village, ate at German restaurant and bought a Vail vest. Plan to be up at 3am tomorrow to drive to Denver, all flights out are booked from Eagle. Wait in Denver for flight home.
